Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a full-time, on-site Supervisor to manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. You will oversee payroll for the department, plan staffing, and ensure safe, efficient workflows to meet customer metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) with 0-3 months related experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k. Salary range is $60,000–$65,000 per year, with company-paid growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts; assist with inventory control and ensure accuracy.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules and staff accordingly to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs based on workload and assign tasks.
• Update and communicate operating procedures to warehouse staff.
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by individual and department.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain harmony among workers.
