Job summary

Performance Team in New Jersey seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 20+ employees in ordering, receiving, storing and shipping materials. You will plan cycles, counts, schedules, staffing, safety and process improvements to meet customer KPIs.

This full-time, on-site role offers a pay range of $65k-$70,000 per year with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + Company Match, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• On-site, full-time role in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits.
• Assist with inventory control and supply areas.
• Maintain computerized inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff.
• Assign workers by workload and shipping schedules.
• Update procedures and ensure understanding by staff.
• Track productivity and assess performance by team.
• Oversee payroll for the department.
