DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehouse team, implement efficient workflows, and drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes coaching supervisors, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations across facilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in logistics and 2+ years in a supervisory role, plus P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and drive safety culture.
• Prepare KPI reports to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication across leadership and staff.
• Partner with HR to hire Supervisors aligned to values and roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders and satisfy customers.
• Build strong partnerships with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
