DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehouse team and drive efficient, safe operations. You will design workflows, manage labor plans, and implement best practices to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience required.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive culture.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to inform decisions.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
