Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse in Wisconsin to lead safety, service, and cost initiatives across the warehouse. You will develop and mentor Warehouse Managers and on-floor associates to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and outbound loading with a strong safety focus.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage staffing needs, and implement process improvements to achieve zero-injury and zero-error benchmarks while maintaining compliance with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Ability to lead and develop warehouse managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Monitor inventory, production goals, and safety reports to improve accuracy and efficiency.
