Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety‑driven, cost‑efficient warehouse operation.

You will mentor Warehouse Managers, coach staff, and drive performance to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading. Emphasizing safety culture, you will manage staffing and training to sustain high standards. You will oversee changes to processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to minimize waste and maximize service to customers, while

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision required.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures; strong leadership and people development skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse and lead by example.
Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers and staff through coaching and training.
Review staffing, performance, and disciplinary actions to meet productivity and safety goals.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, loading, and shipment of goods; manage loads and weight compliance.
Monitor inventory, safety metrics, and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
