Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support decision-making.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and job requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
