Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, driving efficient workflows and safety compliance across our warehouses.

You will develop labor plans, standardize processes, and leverage KPIs to improve productivity, costs, and overall operations while collaborating with HR and site leadership on hiring and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardize processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports (productivity, accuracy, etc.) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
