Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a team of Supervisors and drive efficiency in our warehouses across the US. This role focuses on coaching, workflow optimization, and safety, while maintaining strong customer and cross-functional partnerships to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will develop labor plans, standardize processes, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement, with emphasis on inclusion, safety, and performance in a large network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR for supervisor hiring and talent selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
• Take proactive measures to uphold health and safety regulations.
• Compile comprehensive KPI reports and provide insights for decision-making.

• Partner with HR to hire Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
