Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports while building an inclusive team culture.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Produce reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to guide decisions.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to improve alignment.
• Partner with HR to support hiring of Supervisors aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Maintain strong partnerships with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
