CTDI is seeking a Sr Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability across departments. This on-site role focuses on leading multiple teams, aligning with SLAs, and delivering consistent KPI results.

You will partner with corporate and cross-functional teams, manage P&L discussions, and utilize WMS and inventory systems to optimize stock levels while fostering a safe, high-performance work culture in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of management experience in high-volume environments, including P&L/budgets.
• Experience with small package fulfillment.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across all organization levels.
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments within the branch to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance of initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolve issues with customers and corporate.
• Develop and implement policies and standards to streamline workflow and efficiency.
• Manage and participate in daily P&L calls with Corporate management and monitor financial performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate warehouse operations.
