Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities in Flower Mound, TX. The role leads production processes, manages budgets, and drives efficiency while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include KPI attainment, staff leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and SLA adherence with customers. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution or warehousing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments with P&L/budget responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a warehouse team.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports, analytics, and daily P&L reporting; participate in daily P&L calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize stockouts and holding costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; provide training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to align operations with customer needs.
• Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLA adherence and prompt issue resolution.
• Engage in employee relations activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide escalation support during shifts and assist corporate in escalations involving IT or network teams.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track performance and generate reports for decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and company policies.
