CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role requires leadership across departments, regular KPI reporting, and coordination with corporate and customers to meet SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of management experience in a high-volume production, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or service environment.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple departments within the branch to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and progress of operational initiatives.
• Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved.
