You will oversee budgets, implement efficiency strategies, ensure safety compliance, and mentor a high-performing team while delivering metrics that exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with P&L/budgets.
• Proficient in managing a demanding workload and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow.
• Manage reports and daily P&L reporting with corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support escalated issues during shifts and coordinate with IT/team.
