CTDI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multiple departments, optimize efficiency, and drive financial performance. You will report to senior management, coordinate with corporate, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining a safe, high-performing team environment.

The role requires 5-7+ years in management within warehousing or distribution, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with WMS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with corporate and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor daily P&L and financial performance with corporate.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff with training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
