Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
• Budgeting and financial results management for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Develop staff and manage direct reports; implement productivity improvements.
