Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Covington, GA is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, drive KPI achievement, maintain inventory integrity, and mentor direct reports within the scope of their responsibilities.

You will partner with safety, HR and engineering to promote productivity improvements, manage site budgets, and ensure adherence to Kenco Operating System (KOS) while delivering reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Five years of warehousing/distribution experience; three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff within scope.
• Achieve KPIs, maintain inventory integrity, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Budget planning, cost control and financial reporting for the site.
• Train, motivate, supervise and evaluate subordinates; manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate with safety, HR and engineering on productivity programs.
