Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the United States (Nazareth, PA region) to lead day-to-day site operations, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping. You will plan inbound/outbound volume, communicate with customers, manage space and equipment, and supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, achieving client KPIs, coordinating with HR, and ensuring adherence to SOPs to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Plan inbound and outbound volume and space utilization.
• Meet client KPIs and SLAs; manage budget and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and HR activities.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety across operations.
