Under the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee associates to meet service and cost objectives while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include training, shipping/receiving oversight, quality control, safety compliance, and labor management.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Supervise unloading of inbound shipments, coordinate picking and staging of outbound shipments.
• Ensure professionalism in communications with customers via phone, email, or in person.
