Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team by coaching, guidance and support, building an inclusive culture.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs (productivity, accuracy) to support data-driven decisions.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to support a strong Supervisors hiring process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
