The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years in logistics, and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with opportunities for professional growth in a leading contract logistics company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience is required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role is required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, promoting a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy, to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and select top talent.
