Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse operations, lead a diverse team of Supervisors, and drive efficiency, safety and productivity across multiple facilities.

The role focuses on developing workflows, labor planning and KPI reporting while partnering with HR for staffing and ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment. A strong customer focus and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support; foster inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer concerns to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
