Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team of Supervisors, develop efficient workflows, and drive safety and productivity across our warehouses. You will coach leaders and standardize processes while partnering with HR and site leadership to recruit top talent.

Reporting to senior management, you will monitor KPIs, manage labor plans, and collaborate cross‑functionally to fulfill orders promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
1+ years logistics industry experience required.
2+ years in supervisory/management role required.
Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive team culture.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans and standardized processes to boost productivity.
Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Compile KPI reports (productivity, accuracy) to support decision making and improvement.
Foster open communication among leadership and associates to ensure alignment.
Partner with HR/site leadership on hiring of Supervisors and top talent.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
Proactively address customer concerns to achieve high satisfaction levels.
