Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a VP of Business Development to drive revenue growth by managing business development for JREDD and supporting leaders in pursuing strategic opportunities. Role emphasizes account management, pursuit lists, and full sales cycle ownership.

The position requires 10+ years in commercial real estate, mastery of due diligence, and strong client relationships. Domestic and international travel are involved, with a broad North American remote work footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Mastery-level knowledge of due diligence scope differences for underwriting and acquisition/disposition transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pursuit lists using internal networks and third-party B2B services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
• Account Management and project oversight for portfolio and hybrid-support accounts.
• Monitor and communicate industry trends related to ASTM standards and vendor compliance.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, networking events, and conferences.
• Maintain CRM reporting with clear pipeline visibility and track project timelines.
