Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a VP of Business Development for JREDD to drive revenue growth through strategic client development and account management across domestic and international opportunities.

This senior role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in commercial real estate, and mastery of due diligence scope differences. Travel both domestically and internationally is expected; remote options available in multiple US locations including Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

Create and manage pursuit lists using internal networks and third-party B2B services.
Execute campaigns to generate new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
Coordinate with service delivery for client scoping, pricing, and timing; develop and present proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure service goals are achieved.
Participate in industry events and monitor market trends related to due diligence standards.
Articulate service offerings across core areas and create marketing materials.
Maintain CRM reporting with pipeline visibility and track project timelines.
