Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a VP of Business Development to drive revenue growth for the Real Estate Due Diligence practice. You will manage business development activities, pursue strategic opportunities, and support JREDD leaders in closing deals with commercial clients.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial real estate, strong client management and a track record in deal origination, with mastery of due diligence for underwriting and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in client management and account development.
• Mastery-level knowledge of due diligence scope differences for underwriting and acquisition/disposition transactions.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Create and manage pursuit lists, execute campaigns, manage full sales cycle, coordinate with service delivery for scoping, pricing, timing, and present proposals.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure goals are met, implement corrective action plans, provide project management oversight.
• Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence: Participate in events, monitor trends related to standards and vendor compliance, conduct vendor reviews, travel for meetings and conferences.
• Service Knowledge & Communication: Articulate JREDD offerings across FCA, Reliability Engineering, Facility Database Services, RCA, create pitch content, coordinate across delivery matrix.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain CRM reporting, track pipeline, provide updates on BD efforts.
