Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead account management and growth for JREDD clients. You will drive revenue by guiding BD activities, coordinating with service delivery, and presenting compelling proposals to new clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in commercial real estate, with travel domestically and internationally. A strong track record in client management and due diligence is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in client management and account development.
• Mastery-level knowledge of due diligence scope differences for underwriting and acquisitions/dispositions.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage pursuit lists using internal networks and third-party B2B services.
• Execute campaigns to generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with service delivery teams for scoping, pricing and timing.
• Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure service goals are met.
• Track pipeline with CRM and provide regular updates on BD efforts.
