Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a seasoned VP of Business Development to drive revenue growth for the Real Estate Due Diligence (JREDD) practice. You will lead business development activities, manage client relationships, and support service delivery leaders in pursuing strategic opportunities.

This role requires a tenacious, analytically driven leader with deep CRE experience and a proven track record in account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in client management and account development.
• Mastery-level knowledge of due diligence scope differences for underwriting and acquisition/disposition transactions.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales responsibilities including creating pursuit lists and managing the full sales cycle.
• Account Management responsibilities including maintaining relationships and achieving service goals.
• Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence including industry events and vendor reviews.
• Service Knowledge & Communication including articulating JREDD offerings and coordinating with service delivery.
• Reporting & Analysis including CRM reporting, pipeline visibility, and timelines.
