Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior leader for New Development to drive strategy, development, and transactions in multi-family housing and related opportunities within the Military business segment.

The role is remote with selected state hiring; requires 15+ years in strategic initiatives, strong financial and negotiation skills, and a track record of managing large, complex contracts and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives in an established region or with existing clients.
• Experience with public‑private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy, development, and transaction of new multi-family housing development and related opportunities.
• Lead growth initiatives, negotiate contractual arrangements, and guide end‑to‑end execution with partners.
• Oversee multiple complex housing infrastructure targets and manage project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, HR, IT and other experts to maximize value within partnerships.
