Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Leader for New Development to execute strategy, development, and transactions for multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. You will drive growth, manage partnerships, and negotiate contracts with a growth‑minded, hands‑on approach.

The role requires senior-level experience in strategic initiatives, government/PPP knowledge, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year/ multi-million dollar development initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as partner’s asset and development manager for new multi-family development and related housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to maximize asset fees and partnership value.
• Collaborate with DoD/Army to align housing needs with project goals and contracts.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps, lead corrective actions with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple complex housing growth targets and drive execution of strategic plans.
