Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy, development, and transaction of new multi-family housing projects and related infrastructure within the Military business segment. The role emphasizes growth, partnership management, and negotiating complex agreements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, and leading multi-million-dollar initiatives while aligning with Corvias’ partnership

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand business opportunities.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting is a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms and manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family developments and related housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to deliver expected fees for partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs and provide financial benefits to projects.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple complex housing infrastructure growth targets and drive execution of strategic plans.
