Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior leader to drive strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing projects and related opportunities within the Military business segment.

The role focuses on pursuing growth objectives, negotiating contracts, and overseeing complex housing infrastructure projects with a partnership-driven approach. Leadership and financial acumen are essential for success in this high-impact position.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field is required.
• MBA/advanced business degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience in strategic initiatives and growth.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and complex transactions.

• Execute strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing and related opportunities.
• Lead partnerships governance, negotiations, and contractual arrangements.
• Develop and implement project-specific growth strategies with partners and Army ecosystem.
• Oversee multiple growth targets and drive end-to-end execution with operations teams.
• Prepare marketing and reporting materials and manage stakeholder meetings.
