Job summary
Colliers is seeking an SVP of Portfolio Strategy Consulting, Global Occupier Services, a senior client-facing leader to develop, sell, and lead engagements focused on analytics-driven real estate advisory solutions. You will optimize client portfolios, align locations with business objectives, and drive financial value while elevating Colliers as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate or related field is required.
- MBA or MS is preferred for advanced portfolio strategy leadership.
- Deep experience in portfolio strategy, site selection methodology and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Lead BD efforts with clients to originate and win new business across national/global portfolios.
- Serve as trusted advisor on portfolio optimization, location strategy and workplace transformation.
- Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable, financ ially defensible recommendations.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding services and client relationships.
- Oversee multi-market portfolio assessments including consolidation and expansion.
