Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and advisory projects for Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions. You will synthesize portfolios, develop business cases, and present to C-Suite and BU leads with compelling stories.

This client-facing role requires advanced analytics, proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Qlik), and the ability to guide market strategies.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
• Familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and site selection methodologies a plus.
• Exceptional presentation skills; client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead CRE portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Develop and present business cases with clear takeaways for clients.
• Present to C-Suite and BU leads with compelling storytelling.
• Leverage BI platforms to produce actionable insights.
• Travel up to 20–30% for client engagements.
