Colliers in the United States is seeking an SVP of Portfolio Strategy Consulting, Global Occupier Services. This senior, client-facing leader develops, sells, and leads engagements delivering analytics-driven real estate advisory solutions across national and global portfolios.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or portfolio strategy advisory.
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
Deep experience in portfolio strategy, site selection methodology, portfolio optimization, and organizational design.
Experience advising complex real estate portfolios, including multi-location, regional, or global occupier strategies.
Experience in portfolio optimization, metro-market strategy, site selection, organizational design, and incentives strategy preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary teams focused on multi-market or national-level real estate portfolios.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau); IWMS and CAFM familiarity.
Lean Thinking or Six Sigma training is a plus.
Strong analytical and technical orientation with data-driven decision-making.
Analytical thinker capable of big-picture analysis and calculated risk-taking.
Effective communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams aligned with goals.

Responsibilities

Lead BD efforts with prospective and existing clients to originate and win new business.
Serve as trusted advisor to occupier clients on portfolio optimization and location strategy.
Translate complex client challenges into clear, financially defensible recommendations.
Drive revenue growth by deepening client relationships and expanding services.
Lead multi-market portfolio assessments across national and global portfolios.
Provide oversight for metro-market strategy consulting and ensure consistency across regions.
Develop innovative methodologies and analytical tools to differentiate offerings.
Advise on corporate real estate organizational design and governance.
Guide clients in aligning real estate with business objectives.
Lead analytics, KPI development, and performance measurement initiatives.
Develop business cases with scenario analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and market analysis.
Ensure recommendations are quantifiable and defensible.
Conduct detailed financial, operational, and market assessments for portfolio decisions.
Translate datasets into actionable insights for executive clients.
Manage and mentor portfolio strategy consultants and analysts.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with other practice areas.
Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
