Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced VP, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and advisory projects for occupier services and corporate solutions clients. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, synthesize data into strategic insights, and communicate outcomes to senior executives.

Responsibilities include developing business cases, coordinating market analyses, and driving revenue through client engagements while traveling up to 20–30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in real estate and/or management consulting.
• MBA or MS in Real Estate mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau/Qlik).
• Familiarity with IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem solving.
• Lead portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Demonstrate financial modeling and market analytics expertise.
• Present Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads.
• Leverage BI/tech platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Develop business cases and revenue opportunities for clients.
• Support business development presentations and pitches.
• Travel up to 20–30%.
