Job summary
Colliers International in the United States seeks a senior leader for Portfolio Strategy Consulting, Global Occupier Services. You will lead client engagements, translate complex real estate challenges into actionable portfolio strategies, and drive revenue growth by expanding services across national and global portfolios.
You are a recognized leader with 10+ years of experience, proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and IWMS.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate real estate, consulting, or portfolio strategy advisory.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
- Experience in portfolio strategy, site selection, and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-market portfolio assessments across national/global portfolios.
- Translate complex client challenges into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding services and client relationships.
- Oversee portfolio governance, team structure, and processes.
- Develop and implement analytical tools and methodologies.
- Mentor portfolio strategy consultants and analysts.
- Ensure recommendations are quantifiable and defensible.
