Job summary

Colliers is seeking an SVP of Portfolio Strategy Consulting, Global Occupier Services, a senior client-facing leader responsible for analytics-driven real estate advisory solutions. You will guide multi-market engagements, quantify value, and align portfolios with business goals.

In this role you will lead BD, mentor teams, and develop frameworks for portfolio optimization, site strategy, and organizational design, while advancing Colliers’ trusted advisor position across regions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or portfolio strategy advisory.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate or related field required.
MBA or MS preferred.
Deep experience in portfolio strategy, site selection methodology, portfolio optimization, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

Lead BD efforts with prospective and existing clients to win and expand new business.
Serve as trusted advisor on portfolio optimization, location strategy, and workplace transformation.
Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable, financially defensible recommendations.
Drive revenue growth by expanding services and pursuing high-value opportunities.
Lead multi-market portfolio assessments across national and global portfolios.
