Job summary

Colliers is seeking a VP, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and business analytics projects for Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions clients. You will synthesize intricate real estate and business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and present to senior executives while managing multiple initiatives.

The role requires leading client engagements, travel up to 20-30%, and revenue ownership with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and public

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
• MBA or M.S. in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
• Experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodology.
• Lean Thinking and Six-sigma training is a plus.
• Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead CRE portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Model financials and perform market analytics to highlight key takeaways.
• Present strategies to C-Suite and BU leads with a compelling narrative.
• Utilize BI and tech platforms (Tableau/Qlik) to generate insights for action.
• Identify supply-side opportunities and build business cases for clients.
• Generate revenue targets for the service line annually.
• Develop business analytics and KPI dashboards.
• Deliver best-in-class financial, market analysis and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare and present consulting solutions to clients.
