Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead and manage complex business, real estate and analytical projects for Colliers' Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions clients.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, BI capabilities (Tableau/Qlik), financial modeling, and compelling client presentations. It is client facing with revenue responsibilities and may travel up to 20–30%.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of real estate and/or management consulting experience.
• MBA or MS in Real Estate mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Qlik.
• Familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodologies.
• Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma training a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Expertise in financial modeling and market analytics to highlight critical takeaways.
• Present Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads with compelling storytelling.
• Leverage BI and technology platforms (Tableau or Qlik) for analytics insights.
• Identify supply-side location and property opportunities and develop business cases.
• Generate revenue by the service-line.
• Develop business analytics and KPIs.
• Maintain best-in-class financial, market and cost-benefit analyses.
• Excel in client interactions and public speaking.
• Lead and create client-ready consulting presentations.
• Synthesize and present consulting solutions to clients.
• Support business development pitches for prospective clients.
• Travel up to 20%-30%.
