Job summary
Colliers is seeking a senior, client-facing SVP of Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead analytics-driven real estate advisory engagements for occupier clients. You will shape portfolio optimization, site selection, and organizational design while guiding cross‑functional teams across markets.
You will drive revenue growth, supervise consultants, and partner with advisory and brokerage teams to deliver measurable client impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
- Deep experience in portfolio strategy, site selection, portfolio optimization, and organizational design preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead BD efforts with clients to originate and win new business.
- Serve as trusted advisor on portfolio optimization and location strategy.
- Translate complex client challenges into actionable, financially defensible recommendations.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding service offerings and pursuing high-value opportunities.
- Lead multi-market portfolio assessments across national and global portfolios.
- Provide oversight for metro-market strategy consulting and ensure alignment with client objectives.
