Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and analytics projects for Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions. The role reports to the SVP of Innovation and requires building business cases for client portfolios and revenue-generating strategies.

You will synthesize business and real estate problems, lead presentations to executives, and drive technology-enabled insights using Tableau/Qlik.

Qualifications

MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
7-10 years in real estate and/or management consulting.
Expert in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Qlik.
Familiarity with IWMS/CAFM systems.
Training in site location methodology and Lean/Six-Sigma is a plus.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methods.
Lead portfolio optimization, location strategy, site studies.
Develop financial models and market analyses to support recommendations.
Present strategy to C-Suite and BU leads with compelling narratives.
Leverage BI tools to generate actionable analytic insights.
Identify supply-side opportunities and build business cases for change.
Generate revenue targets for the service line.
Develop business analytics and KPI frameworks.
Create cross-media consulting presentations and templates.
Support business development pitches for prospective clients.
Travel up to 20-30% as needed.
