Athene is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive retirement plan solutions across a national territory. You will manage the defined contribution offerings, build and sustain advisor and recordkeeper relationships, and execute strategic plans to grow the business.

You will lead education events, collaborate with Global Wealth teams, and coordinate with partners to maximize opportunities. A strong track record in sales, ERISA knowledge, and FINRA eligibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors, recordkeeper field teams, and defined contribution practices.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels, including translating home office relationships into field opportunities.
• Knowledge of the defined contribution market and ERISA fundamentals, plus expertise in private assets or guaranteed income.
• Strong one-on-one and group presentation skills, sound judgment, and adaptability as opportunities develop.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual territory sales target across the Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offering.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams, converting national partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, a cadence of activity, pipeline milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; bring in product specialists while owning the relationship.
• Partner with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and share market insights.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
