Job summary

MSL in Chicago is seeking a digitally fluent Senior Account Executive to develop and implement social-first ideas and integrated communications for consumer brands. You will lead day-to-day client work, manage timelines and budgets, and guide junior teammates to deliver culturally relevant campaigns.

You’ll bring hands-on experience in digital strategy, influencer marketing and owned/earned media, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to move work forward and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–3+ years in PR, influencer marketing, digital strategy, social media or integrated communications; agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of social-first consumer communications programs across PESO; connect earned, owned, influencer, creator, community and paid amplification to client goals.
• Support influencer and creator strategy and manage end-to-end execution of programs including talent identification, briefs, content review and reporting; paid media experience is a plus.
• Support owned social and community-led work, including content planning and channel activation with social, creative and media partners.
• Stay close to culture and consumer behavior, translate trends into timely ideas for clients.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to speed research, ideation and analysis while maintaining credibility in discovery and recommendations.
