Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Delivery to lead a major portion of the Broker Dealer channel within the Annuities Platform team. Reporting to the MD and Chief Delivery Officer, you will drive client implementations, delivery excellence, and satisfaction across financial institutions including broker-dealers, wirehouses, banks, RIAs and insurers.

The role oversees Client Delivery leaders and teams, aligning onboarding, implementations, and ongoing delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading client delivery, implementations, or complex programs.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage executive relationships.
• Strong communication, governance, and recovery planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Delivery leaders and teams for implementations and ongoing delivery.
• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of strategic client relationships and programs.
• Establish governance, reporting, and execution frameworks to improve scalability and outcomes.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic relationships and delivery initiatives.
• Lead executive steering committees, governance meetings, and client discussions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex client situations and delivery challenges.
• Identify risks and drive practical solutions across teams.
