Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director, Client Onboarding to lead end-to-end onboarding for broker dealers, fintechs, wealth managers, asset managers, and RIAs. You will manage a dedicated onboarding team, serve as senior point of contact, and drive improvements in operations, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in client onboarding, relationship management, or implementation roles within financial services or brokerage environments.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving transformation across onboarding or client service functions.
• Deep knowledge of brokerage firm onboarding requirements, custodian transitions, and complex project management involving multiple technology vendors.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7 required within 6 months of initial employment; Series 24 License required within 12 months of initial employment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute onboarding strategy aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Lead and mentor Client Onboarding team to deliver exceptional service to institutional clients.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client firms during onboarding with executive-level support.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, sales, relationship managers, and internal onboarding teams.
• Oversee partnerships and integrations with financial technology platforms; remove onboarding barriers.
• Drive process improvements, QA initiatives, and data accuracy through technology.
• Provide regular reporting and dashboards on pipeline activity and onboarding status.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls across onboarding operations.
