Job summary

FMG Suite is looking for a Director of Onboarding Delivery to own the client onboarding experience across Wealth and Protection & Benefits, guiding onboarding, creative, and technical build from kickoff to launch. You will lead two managers, standardize processes, and drive a unified delivery rhythm across teams.

The role demands deep operational rigor, systems thinking, and experience managing high-volume onboarding programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery, implementation, or client operations leadership.
• Proven ownership of high-volume production or build operation.
• Experience consolidating or standardizing operations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding experience across Wealth and Protection & Benefits.
• Lead two onboarding managers and maintain a weekly cadence.
• Define and enforce a single delivery operating model across Wealth and P/B.
• Own KPIs and performance reporting to leadership.
• Manage capacity planning and staffing with cost awareness.
