Job summary

iCapital seeks a Senior Vice President, Client Delivery to lead a major portion of the Broker Dealer channel within the Annuities Platform. Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Delivery Officer, you will drive successful client implementations, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction across strategic relationships.

You will build and coach Client Delivery leaders, establish governance, manage escalations, partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and Support, and translate

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading client delivery, implementations, or similar client-facing functions.
• Experience managing broker-dealers, banks, RIAs, or other financial institutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Delivery leaders and teams for implementations and onboarding.
• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of strategic client relationships and programs.
• Establish governance, reporting, and processes to improve execution and scalability.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic client relationships and complex initiatives.
• Lead executive discussions, status updates, and recovery plans with clients.
