Job summary

iCapital Network, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Client Delivery to lead the Annuities Platform client implementations and ongoing delivery portfolios.

You will guide delivery strategies, manage multiple concurrent engagements, and ensure client satisfaction while balancing scope, risks, and outcomes. The role requires building trusted executive relationships, developing delivery teams, owning portfolio governance and P&L, and collaborating with Product, Sales, Support, and Operations to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, program leadership, or professional services within SaaS, tech, finance, or complex environments.
• Proven success leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios with accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Executive presence with ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.
• Experience governing scope, governance, and delivery discipline while maintaining client relationships.
• Experience diagnosing delivery challenges and implementing scalable solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior delivery leader for assigned client portfolios, building trusted relationships and ensuring delivery strategies align to client objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent client implementations, including timelines, quality, scope, risks, dependencies, and executive alignment.
• Lead and develop teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery resources with clear accountability.
• Establish and maintain strong delivery governance, including decision forums, escalation paths, change control, and portfolio health reporting.
• Guide clients and internal teams through delivery trade-offs, assessing requests against scope, timeline, resourcing, and commercial impact.
• Identify delivery risks proactively, resolve complex issues, and drive practical solutions for long-term scalability.
• Own portfolio financial performance including P&L, margins, revenue, and risk mitigation.
• Create executive visibility into portfolio health, risks, milestones, and actions required for success.
• Collaborate with Product to translate feedback into actionable insights and prioritization inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, playbooks, metrics, and operating rhythms.
