Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist, Assistant Vice President to join the Data Solutions team. This senior individual contributor will manage complex client relationships, lead high-impact initiatives, and deliver exceptional service across a portfolio of clients.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, drive improvements, and support client objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree from a rigorous undergraduate program
• Excellent customer relation skills and able to foster and maintain effective relationships
• Strong understanding of financial instruments
• Experience with RIA/Wealth Management Policies, Procedures, and Client Service
• Experience working with wirehouses and/or custodians such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity
• Proactively assess and act upon client and company needs
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach
• Comfortable with technology, software tools & applications
• Able to learn new software quickly
• Experience with wealth management platforms: Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro
• Experience with planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro or similar software
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Basic knowledge of database concepts, and any type of programming
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, and/or similar tools
• Knowledge of various financial products and indices: Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA/UMA, Alternative investments
• Performance reporting calculations and methodologies
• Portfolio management and rebalancing
• Understanding of Family Offices, RIAs, investment advisors
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an expanding environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance results.
• Conduct account level reconciliation and resolve breaks, cancels and corrections.
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.
• Onboard and train new clients; provide day-to-day support.
• Develop client relationships and manage data issues with clients and partners.
• Create custom reports based on client needs.
• Coordinate with vendor partners for enhancements and data issues.
• Establish operational controls and policies to improve effectiveness.
